OLUCHI ETOKUDO Managing Director
Mrs. Oluchi is the Managing Director of BMV Energy Logistics Limited, being accountable for the overall operations, performance and growth of the company. She provides strategic direction for the business, and ensures the organizational strategies and culture align with the company vision and mission. Representing the stakeholders and their interests in the company, she is also the company face to the general public.
Oluchi has worked for over twenty years in the aviation and logistics field, spanning multinational oil and gas companies and local organizations. She is a respected leader in corporate travels management, service delivery and relationship management. She is experienced in managing interdisciplinary and multicultural teams, with more than seven years of managing an organization with significant performance. She holds an MSc in International Relations, is an active member of John Maxwell Leadership program, and belongs to various business associations.
Dr. Tammy H. Allaboh

Dr. Tammy H. Allaboh is an academic majoring in Accountancy and Economics, with specialization in Quantitative Economics/Econometrics. He started his working career as a lecturer with the University of Port Harcourt upon the completion of his first degree and later joined All States Trust Bank where he worked in various departments and units of the bank. He later joined FSB International Bank PLC as a branch manager. He left the banking industry and went into consulting business. He has a very rich working experience which cuts across Academics, Banking, Equipment Leasing, Logistic and Security management, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Public Sector Consulting.
He has carried out a lot of academic research work in the field of Economics and Business which could be translated to a policy tool kit for Businesses and Government agencies. His wealth of experience in the field of SME development and Public Private Partnership.
Ema Etokudo
Head of Operations
EMA ETOKUDO Head of Operations
Ema is responsible for the Operations, Client Relationship Management and Commercial activities of the company. He oversees the Strategic Business Units of the organization. He is a seasoned service delivery and supply chain professional with practical hands-on approach in international logistics, operations management and contract management. He has over two decade’s track record managing processes, logistics operations, P&L/Budgets and contracts. His experience cuts across the Oil & Gas, FMCG and Services industries, both in local and multinational organizations. He holds an MBA in International Management, an MSc in Strategic Entrepreneurship, and a professional diploma in Supply Chain Management.
Nlemchi, Cajetan Uchechukwu

NLEMCHI, CAJETAN UCHECHUKWU Head of Strategy and Technology
Cajetan champions the development and directing of the organization’s strategic and long-range plans; conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness. He is also responsible for the assessment of company performance and identification of areas of improvements. Conducts research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
He has over 19 years’ experience in Project/ production planning, monitoring and control; Quality assurance and control and construction supervision spanning multinational oil, construction and services industries. His ability to manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and coordinate business efforts across projects, operations and strategy teams stand him out.
He is also well experienced in setting up project and production planning processes for new organizations. He has worked with both local and multinational organizations before joining BMV energy Logistics Ltd, where we live our core values ‘’… we are MOVERS…’’ .
He holds a B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry and a PGD in Chemical Engineering.
